Pumpkin - Mixed breed doe 1 year old. Very social and sweet

Ghost and Pumpkin are looking for wonderful family homes. They have not been raised here but have great personalities. They will make a great pet to any family.

All the bunnies born here are handled from 14 days old on. They are all accustom to being handled, groomed and cuddled by many people. We also introduce them to the other animals of the house to train the "fear response" out of their instinctual behaviors.

Most of my buns are trained as if they are going to be emotional support animals. Most will make great first time pets and/or emotional support animals. If one is a bit more "spicy" we are very transparent as to the best fit for them.

Below is a bunny timeline:

At 14 days we start with touch and sounds.

At 21 days we start with light grooming and playing with their feet, ears and chins.

At 4 weeks we start working on playpen time. Interaction with my cats and small dog. We also start teaching posing for showing at this age.

Between 6 - 8 weeks we start working on harness and leash training, stroller training and pet friendly backpack training.

All adopted buns are sent home with food to ensure a smooth transition.

Transportation within 100 miles can be discussed for an additional fee.

Sale Policy!!

*Our rabbits are sold on a first-come-first-served basis. Until there is a deposit on the animal it is not sold, unless previously discussed with Amy White. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold the animals. We understand transport may take a while, so we are willing to hold the rabbit for 2 weeks. After 2 weeks there is a non-refundable $5 boarding charge weekly.

* We accept cash and PayPal and Venmo. No checks.

*Transportation is sometimes available for an added fee, but not guaranteed. Speak to Amy White if transportation is needed

* All our animals are in the best health when they leave our rabbitry. We are willing to supply the buyer with updated pictures and visits prior to purchase.

*All rabbits will come pedigreed unless stated otherwise.

* After our rabbits have left our rabbitry and are in your possession, Lavender's Refuge is no longer responsible for the health of the animal. We will not be responsible for any vet bills once the animal has left our rabbitry.

* Each rabbit purchased will be sent home with a baggie of transition food, and we can also provide a bit of hay if you need some to hold you over.

*Our rabbits will be sold according to breed, quality, color, and gender. That is what affects their pricing.

* We will keep our rabbits for 8-12 weeks. We try to make their transition as smooth as possible so they can thrive once they go to their new homes.

* If you ever want to rehome a rabbit purchased from us, please contact us first. We will do out best to take the animal back (FOR FREE) if space allows. A bunny can be a 10-year commitment, so please treat them like one.

* We use Poulin 18% rabbit feed, if you want to keep them on that you can purchase some.

* We name all of our rabbits but will change their name on their pedigree if you ask.

*We have the right to refuse a sale at any time.
